No additional import-related payment is normally expected upon delivery for EU and U.S. orders.

1. What this means for you?

Our current arrangement is designed to keep import-related charges predictable and avoid unexpected collection at delivery for supported destinations.

Checkout remains the final amount

Customs-related costs under the current arrangement are borne by the sender. EU customers are not normally expected to pay an additional customs-related fee after completing payment on AKNES.com.

Import tariffs are covered under our current arrangement

Import-related duties or tariffs are handled by the sender under our current shipping arrangement. If sales tax applies to your order, it is shown and collected at checkout where required.

• The same general arrangement also applies to wholesale orders processed through the same shipping setup.

• Shipping charges may still vary by destination, product combination, weight, or order contents.

• A shipping-cost adjustment at checkout is separate from customs or import charges collected after delivery.

2. How the current customs policy works?

Based on our current shipping experience, some EU import processing costs are generally calculated based on the number of product categories included in a shipment. The sender bears these costs, and they are not added as a delivery-stage charge to the customer.

3. Customs clearance and delivery

Based on our current shipping experience, the updated EU arrangement has shown little observed impact on customs clearance speed. Actual transit time can still vary by destination and local processing.

4. Shipping-cost adjustments

AKNES may adjust shipping charges based on the destination, order contents, product combination, package weight, or current carrier costs. Some orders may see a shipping adjustment while others may not.

5. Countries where additional customs charges may apply

For most destinations, the amount paid on AKNES.com is intended to be the final amount. However, some countries may still collect additional customs duties or import-related charges upon delivery.

Additional local customs fees may still apply in:

• India
• Brazil
• Serbia
• Iran

For some lower-volume destinations, we may not yet have enough shipping experience to provide a definitive country-specific statement. We will update this notice as new information becomes available.
