You normally do not need to cancel your existing order or place another order.
What you need to do
Check the current final payable price for the same product and variant.
Take a clear screenshot showing the lower final checkout price.
Contact AKNES with your order number, screenshot and current final payable amount.
Once verified, the eligible price difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

The request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original order date.
The comparison is for the same product and same variant.
The model, color, configuration, sales market and currency are the same.
The lower price can be verified by AKNES.
4. What price do we compare?
We compare your original final product price with the current qualifying final product price for the same eligible product and variant on AKNES.com.
Where applicable, publicly available AKNES promotional discounts may be included in the comparison.

Individual customer-service compensation coupons
One-time personal discount codes
Unauthorized or unintended discount stacking
Pricing errors
Non-comparable bundles, gifts or promotional packages
5. Refund processing
Once your Price Protection request has been approved, the eligible price difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider, card issuer, bank or payment method.
