The surface is carefully balanced to provide accurate mouse tracking while maintaining a subtle texture for tactile control. Customization Process

1. Customization Options

• Design your own pattern according to your preferred size
  (Note: Approximately 1 cm around the edges will be sewn — keep important elements away from edges to avoid cropping.)
• Alternatively, send us your image and size, and we’ll help prepare it for production.

2. How to Submit Your Pattern

• On the product purchase page, click “Customize Now” and upload your image.
• If you’re unsure how to crop the image, upload the original file — we will resize and crop it appropriately.

3. Important Notes Before Ordering

1. Please ensure your image is finalized before placing an order.
2. Notify customer service in advance if cropping or adjustments are needed.
3. To avoid orders without images, we recommend confirming your image with customer service before ordering.
4. If your preferred size is not listed, contact us for custom sizing.
5. Image resolution guidelines:

• Small sizes: standard resolution acceptable
• Large sizes: recommended minimum 1080 × 1920 px
• Customer service can help verify or source higher-resolution images.

4. Payment & Production

• Payment is made after confirming your design and size.
• Production time:
• Under 30 pieces: approx. 3 days
• 30–100 pieces: approx. 6 days
• Over 100 pieces: approx. 8 days
  (Larger quantities may receive better pricing)

Recommended: Hand wash or machine wash on cold

2. Use mild, neutral detergent or gentle soap.
3. Do not use bleach or strong alkaline detergents.
4. Gently rub stains; do not scrub aggressively.
5. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
6. Air-dry in a cool, ventilated area.
7. Do not expose to direct sunlight or high heat.
8. Do not tumble dry.

1. Within 30 natural days after receiving the goods, the outer packing, accessories, gifts, and manual of the products shall be complete without any man-made damage.
2. The product is not activated and doesn’t affect the secondary sale. (For non-quality-related returns and refunds, the buyer needs to bear the shipping costs.)
