2. How to turn off the mouse?
1) The mouse will automatically shut down if it fails to connect within 1 minute of startup, or if there are no opeartions within 1 minute after connection.
2) It will not shut down during wired connection.
3. Factory Reset
1) Turn the Mode switch to OFF. Hold the Pair button + DPI switch button and turn the Mode switch to BT.
2) Hold thePair button + DPI switch button for 5 seconds, the Status indicator will start to blink rapidly 3 times to complete the setting.
Note: Factory Reset willclear all custom profile and Bluetooth pairing at the same time.
4. How do I change DPI settings using the DPI switch button?
Press the DPI switch button to cycle through 6 preset levels:
800 (Yellow)→ 1200 (Green)→ 1600 (Orange)→ 2400 (Pink)→ 3200 (Blue)→ 6400 (Purple)→ Status indicator changes color to reflect current DPI.

Default mode: Right-hand.
• Switch to left-hand mode: Hold Button 6 + Button 7 + Middle button for 5 seconds→ White status indicator blinks twice.
• Switch to right-hand mode:Hold Button 4 + Button 5 + Middle button for 5 seconds→ White status indicator blinks twice.
7. How do I re-pair the adapter?
If the mouse loses connection with the adapter,you can re-pairit by following these steps:
1) Turn the Mode switch to 2.4G.
2) Hold the Pair button for 3 seconds to enter its pairing mode,the Status indicator will start to blink rapidly.
3) Connect the adapter to the USB port of your device.
4) The Status indicator will remain solid for 6 seconds and then go off to indicate a successful connection.
8. Does it support hot-swappable microswitches?
No, it does not.
9. Can I use 8BitDo Ultimate Software V2 to configure the mouse via Bluetooth connection?
No, you can only configure it under wired or 2.4G connection.
10. Does the dock support charging mouse from other brands?
No, it does not.
11. How many devices can Bluetooth connect to at the same time?
You can only connect one device at a time. To connect another device, you need to pair it again.
12. What are the polling rates for different connection modes?
Bluetooth connection supports only 125Hz; other modes have a default polling rate of 500Hz. (which can be modified via the Ultimate Software V2)
Note: Enabling a polling rate above 2000Hz may accelerate battery consumption and place an additional computational load on the system. Please choose carefully.
