1. How to update the firmware?
There are 3 firmwares, one is the normal firmware, one is the BT firmware, one is the adapter firmware.
1) BT firmware:

i, Turn off the controller, connect it to your PC(Windows system) via a USB-C data cable.
ii, Press the ’Gear + A buttons’ together to turn it into BT updating mode.
iii, Download the zip file on the link, then unzip it, and turn on the exe file.
Click the Update Firmware button.
Note: If the Update Firmware button is gray, it means that either the controller has not entered Bluetooth upgrade mode or it already has the latest firmware.
2) Adapter firmware

i, Press and hold the button on the side of the adapter, and plug it into the USB port of your PC(Windows system), a disk named ‘GuliKit Dg3’ will appear on your PC.
ii, Download the zip file on the link, then unzip it, copy the ‘****.bin ’file into the ‘GuliKit Dg3’ disk. (Do not drag it directly from the zip file)
iii, After the upgrade is successful, the disk will automatically shut down and it can now be used normally with your controller.
3) Normal firmware

i, Turn off the controller, connect it to your PC(Windows system) via a USB-C data cable.
ii, Press and hold the ‘APG button(double-square icon button) + A buttons’, a disk named ‘GuliKit’ will appear on your PC.
iii, Download the zip file on the link, then unzip it, copy the ‘****.bin’file into the ‘GuliKit’ disk. (Do not drag it directly from the zip file)
iv, After the upgrade is successful, the disk will automatically shut down and it can now be used normally with your controller.

2. In the game, only one-time button is pressed, but multiple input values are generated?
You may have accidentally enabled Turbo on a button, press the 'Gear+Minus buttons’ combination to reset the controller.
3. Press L/ZL, and there is right joystick input in the game.
You may have accidentally turned on the aim assist feature, press the 'Gear+Minus button’ combination to reset the controller.
4. Why is the controller's logo LED light turn red/purple?
This indicates that your controller needs to calibrate the triggers and joysticks.
1) Press the 'L, R, A, Left of Dpad button’ combination to enter the calibration mode.
2) Turn the Left and Right joysticks clockwise for 2-3 full circles.
3) The two joystick rings automatically turn green, indicating that the calibration is successful and completed.
5. Why can't the controller connect to the adapter?
1) Double-click the Mode button on the controller to select adapter mode
2) Long-press the pairing button and the LED indicator will scroll
3) Insert the adapter into the USB port of PC (Windows), long-press the side button and the logo light will flash quickly.
4) The controller and adapter will automatically pair and connect.
6. All light indicators are always on.
1) Update the controller's firmware.
2) Press the 'Gear+Minus' buttons to reset the controller
3) If the above does not solve the problem, you may need to disassemble the controller, unplug the largest ribbon cable, and reinsert it. (Please confirm with your seller whether this can be done. In addition, the ribbon cable is very easy to damage, please decide carefully)

7. What should do if the hardware mechanism of the trigger(ZL/ZR)/shoulder button(L/R)/or back button(G1,G2,G3,G4) is broken?
Contact the seller you purchased from or GuliKit official and ask for free replacement parts.
If you are unable to disassemble and replace the parts yourself, ask them for other after-sales solutions
