The eligible return & exchange conditions within 30 days:
- Within 30 natural days after receiving the goods, the outer packing, accessories, gifts and manual of the products shall be complete without any man-made damage.
- The product is not activated and doesn’t affect the secondary sale. (For non-quality-related returns and refunds, the buyer needs to bear the shipping costs)
- Within 30 natural days after receiving the goods, a non-artificial functional defect was found in the product.
- Please provide the dated sales receipt from AKNES of which can show the product description and price.
The ineligible return & exchange conditions within 30 days:
- Request for return goods after 30 natural days from the date of receipt.
- The returned goods are incomplete, the outer packing, accessories, gifts, manual are incomplete, or the appearance is damaged due to artificial reasons.
- Unable to provide legal purchase vouchers or receipts, or forge/alter the documents when returning the goods. Non-product quality problems caused by the collision, burning, as well as artificial private modification, entrance of foreign matter.
- Product quality problems caused by improper installation (such as battery installation, charger installation) and not in accordance with the instructions.
- Alter or remove the identification labels of products/components.
- The returned package may be rejected if it does not match the original package code of the order number.
About Transportation Costs:
- For product quality problems(Being confirmed by the technician) or the damage during the logistics, AKNES is responsible for bearing the freight of goods during the period of return or exchange. (Please make sure to return all the required items. If you do not send all items together, you will be responsible for bearing the shipping costs of the remaining items. You need to replenish the remaining items if they are incomplete, or they will be dealt with the policy in accordance with the non-conforming return and replacement.)
- If you send back items that are not needed, we will contact you to ask if you need us to send them back or destroy them (the freight is at your expense).
The freight shall be borne by the buyers in the following cases:
- The product returns for any other reasons except for the proven defect.
- Unexpected returns from buyers.
- The returned product is claimed to be defective, but the product is working properly after the test from maintenance personnel.
- The defective items caused by transportation when returning.
- AKNES is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipment when returning.The buyers shall be liable for any damage or loss occurring in transit. AKNES does not provide any refunds for non-quality-related warranty or damaged items during the shipment.
*For any customers’ personal reasons (“I don’t want it”), the freight shall be borne by customers. AKNES will reject the package if you insist to choose "Freight Collect". You need to contact the relevant support on the official website of AKNES and pay the corresponding freight for dealing the package.
