Refund & Return Policy

At AKNES, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return policy for your peace of mind.

🔁 30-Day Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unactivated, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and gifts are included
  • You provide a valid proof of purchase (order receipt)


❌ Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The request is made after 30 days of delivery
  • The product shows signs of use, damage, or modification
  • Items are missing parts, packaging, or accessories
  • Damage is caused by:
    • Misuse or improper installation
    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
    • External factors (drops, water, etc.)
  • Proof of purchase is missing or altered


⚠️ Non-Quality Returns

For returns due to personal reasons (e.g. “I don’t want it”):

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


🛠️ Defective or Damaged Items

If your item is:

  • Defective (confirmed by our technical team), or
  • Damaged during shipping

👉 AKNES will cover return shipping costs and provide:

  • Replacement or
  • Full refund


📦 Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at jim@aknes.com
  2. Provide your order number + issue details
  3. Wait for return instructions (returns without approval will not be accepted)


💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection
  • Issued to your original payment method
  • Bank processing may take additional time


🇪🇺 EU Customers

Customers in the European Union have the right to return within 14 days without reason (cooling-off period), provided the item remains unused and in original condition.


📌 Important Notes

  • Do not send returns without authorization
  • “Freight collect” returns will be rejected
  • AKNES is not responsible for lost returns without tracking
